At MinimalBijoux, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn jewelry in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original MinimalBijoux gift box and secure it within a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
